After upgrading their website at the start of 2012, Maxton has taken a step further in 2013 to provide the most current tools available to the elevator professional working on Maxton products in field applications. This free APP, starting on the Android platform, gives immediate access to step by step valve adjustment procedures and trouble shooting, exploded product views, valve calculator, easy customer/technical support access and even the ability to order product with connectivity. Basically, you have every resource you need to efficiently get any job done with the Maxton product line.
“After talking with customers it was clear that connectivity was spotty in the field which made it difficult to use our website with mobile technology. The best way to overcome that was an APP which remains accessible and current once downloaded. We started with the Android based on highest usage and the IPhone version is currently in the Apple approval process,” said Karl Keller Marketing Director.
Maxton plans to evolve this APP over time with additional features and resources that will bring value and performance perks to the elevator professional.
